Study of the Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Postoperative Pain in Patients with Hand Injury

Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the postoperative pain in patients with hand injury so as to provide scientific basis for clinical nursing. Methods Sixty-eight cases with hand injury admitted in our hospital from November 2014 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 34 cases in each. General usual care was given to the control group, and systematic nursing intervention combined with general usual care was given to the observation group. And the nursing efficacy of the two groups was analyzed comparatively. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had less patients with postoperative pain degree III(6 cases vs 9 cases), less patients with postoperative pain degree IV(1 case vs 5 cases) and less patients with postoperative pain degree V(0 case vs 2 cases) with statistically significant difference(P0.05). The observation group had much higher nursing satisfaction than the control group(94.12% vs 85.29%) with statistically significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention applied to the patients with hand injury after surgery, can effectively alleviate the postoperative pain and significantly improve the quality of care with great significance.
