Abstract
With the international popular measuring sustainable development method-ecological footprint method, the ecological footprint of Tianjin in 1998 was calculated and analyzed. According to this calculation the ecological deficit of Tianjin is 0.972 hm~2 per capita. It shows that Tianjin is in a unsustainable status.
