Abstract

The basic concept of concurrent engineering was elaborated,and four key technologies of concurrent engineering in the product design process were discussed.The basic concept of PDM was presented,and PDM(product data management) supported concurrent engineering from integrated information model;team work;collaborative work environment.The concept of concurrent engineering was tested in practical work.
