To Explore the Curative Effect of High Ligation of Great Saphenous Vein Stripping and Bureau of Electrocoagulation on Varicose Veins of Lower Extremity

Objective To investigate the clinical analysis of curative effect of high ligation of great saphenous vein stripping plus local electrocoagulation for varicose veins of lower extremity. Methods 59 patients with varicose vein of lower extremity patients were treated in our hospital as the research object, and were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, 30 cases in observation group, 29 cases in the control group, the observation group to implement the high ligation of great saphenous vein stripping and bureau of electric coagulation treatment, the control group received traditional great saphenous vein high ligation sectional stripping operation treatment, of the two groups of patients with treatment effect. Results the total effective rate of observation group was 75.86%, the control group the total effective rate was 93.33%, the observation group effect is particularly obvious, P0.05. Conclusion The clinical effect was significant with in patients with lower extremity varicose vein high ligation of great saphenous vein stripping and implementation of local electric coagulation treatment, worthy of clinical application.
