Abstract

Aiming at the control problem of electro-hydraulic position servo systems with large load disturbances and uncertainties of parame- ters,the states equation of math model of electro-hydraulic position servo system is built,and changed into standard H_∞performance rule prob- lem.Using H_∞robust control theory,robust states feedback controller of electro-hydraulic position servo system is designed,and based on de- signing method of internal-medel theory,the followed-up contoller is presented.Simulations show that the controller is very effective.It is valid for not only restraining unknown parameters,but also load disturbance.It is very useful for enhancing track capability to get better dynamic ca- pability.
