Abstract
To resolve the sludge acid problem in the conventional DAP production, the integrated production technology of MAP and DAP developed in China was first applied in Guizhou Hongfu at the end of 2001,which has achieved satisfactory results. After further improvement, now there are a number of integrated plants which have reached the production capacity and quality requirements. This article describes the improvement measures for the tailgas treatment, environmental protection, online measurement of neutralization, production transfer method, etc. It is considered that the integrated production technology should be applied in nitric acid production, phosphate fertilizer production and fine phosphate production, and the single train production capacity of MAP is expected to reach 600 kt/a.
