Abstract
Objective To explore the value of two-dimensional and Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods Forty-five patients with breast cancer were examined by two-dimensional And Doppler ultrasonography, and the positions, morphouses, sizes, margin, internal echo of the tumors and its hemodynamic features were observed. Results 45 cases of tumors appeared obviously low level echo and margin presented cauliflower or sentusoffeet of crab and internal microcalcifications of tumors were found. Conclusion The features of breast cancer in 2D and color Doppler ultrasonography are valuable to diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
