On the Formation and Structure of Confucian Social Order and Its Contemporary Significance

The Confucian social order is an important aspect for research.The author of this paper thinks that the Confucian social order,drawing the experience and lessons left from the Qin Dynasty and formed in the ancient Han Dynasty,followed the ancient Chinese traditions and the Confucian theory to meet the requirements of the time.The basics construction of the Confucian social order was established on the principles of kindheartedness,feudal ethnics of control and the Confucian law,aiming at the protection of the patriarchal clan system of the country.It is of great contemporarysignificance to analyze its characteristics and its influences on modern China.
