Abstract
The beam on Dynamic Winkler Foundation model is adopted to calculate the dynamic impedance of a single pile, and the dynamic pile soil interaction is taken into account by use of the dynamic interaction factors.Based on these, the equations for determining the internal forces at the top of each pile in pile groups are derived. The examples are given to illustrate the characteristics of the load distribution at the top of each pile in pile groups under dynamic loads.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
