Abstract
Based on theoretic calculation and measuring data,a mathematic model of the optimal temperature setting and on line control for continuous reheating furnace has been developed and applied to a five zone push type reheating furnace in a middling rolling factory of the Anyang Steel Co..The results show that the reheating furnace is, by using the model, controlled under good conditions with reasonable heat supply, little steel temperature fluctuation, better heating quality and obvious energy saving when the rolling output is fluctuating.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
