The Effects of Saccharicterpenin on the Immune Organic Development and T Lymphocyte Subsets in the Gushi Chicken

Abstract

Using the Flow cytometry to detect CD3 +,CD4 + and CD8 + T lymphocyte levels of the Gushi chicken to study the effect of Gushi chicken T lymphocyte subsets of adding different doses Saccharicterpenin.Results were as follows,the 500 and 700 mg/kg Saccharicterpenin groups were significant different from the other groups.This study indicated that certain dose Saccharicterpenin could promote immune organic development in Gushi chicken,and increase the level of T lymphocyte subsets.
