Abstract

University is an important base of cultivating innovative talents,and science education plays a decisive role in cultivating innovative talents.Universities should establish the scientific concept of education,strengthen the creative idea and deepen the reform in education,promote the cultivation of innovative talents,improve the teaching environment,create the creative atmosphere to effectively develop science education in cultivating innovative talents.
