Abstract
Norcardia SP.KY1023 could utilize Acetonitrile as carbon and nitrogen source. The optimum culture conditions were as follows(g·L -1 ):Glucose 10,Yeast Extract20,Corn Liquor10,Inducer10,MgSO 4·7H 2O0.5,K 2HPO 40.5,KH 2PO 40.5,pH7.0.When the strain was cultivatecl for 24h at 28℃,the activity of nitrile hydratase was up to 1330μ/ml.The resting cell could accumulate 250g·L -1 of acrylamide and 400g·L -1 of acetamide.
