Abstract
Based on spherical cavity expansion theory and with a view to the effect of freedom surface, the forces on rigid warhead during oblique penetration process were analyzed and a force calculation model was built.According to the theory of rigid kinematics, the differential equation of motion of the warhead during oblique penetration progress was built, and based on the study, the calculation method and procedure of the ricochet angle of the warhead oblique penetrating into the concrete target were designed. The limiting ricochet angle of the warhead oblique penetration with various impact velocity was calculated. Then the rule of variation of the ricochet angle with the impact velocity was obtained.
