Thinking of Reducing the Investment of Urban Rail Transit

As an effective means to solute urban traffic congestion,Urban Rail Transit has been building or already put into use in several cities.But the huge investment that becomes increasingly prominent has seriously restrict the sustainable development of it.This article analyzes the key factors which affect the cost of Urban Rail Transit from the five aspects,such as mode selection of Urban Rail Transit,preliminary work,passenger flow forecasts,the construction standards and limit design in the cost.The article also puts forward some effective recommendations for reference to reduce the investment of Urban Rail Transit in the future.
