Abstract

On the basis of explaining the concept of marshes and the Marsh Treaty,the article preliminarily approaches the marsh problems from the function of marshes,the reduction of marshes and its influences,the protection of marshes and related measures etc.The aim is to strengthen the consciousness to protect the ecological environment of marshes.
