The government plays the role of macro-regulation and guides various main bodies of investment to increase their investment into the agricultural industrialization, builds standardizing rural financial markets for strengthening the financial support to the development of agricultural industrialization,establishes the guarantee fund of agricultural industrialization in order to provide the credit guarantee to various main bodies of business especially medium-sized and small leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization, creates a direct fund-raising environment and innovates the investment mechanism of agricultural industrialization in order to continually decrease the fund-raising cost of the development of agricultural industrialization.
