The Reorganization and Compensation for Environmental Pollution Infringement

With the high-speed and large-scale economic development,the infringement cases of environmental pollution are increasing day by day.China has established a good foundation for environmental tort liability system,but there still exist many problems and defects in the aspects of establishment of the environmental right,tort liability,and the means of relief.Based on the above issues and on analysis of foreign advanced system theory,we will put forward corresponding measures in this thesis.
