Characteristics of College Students Leisure Activities and Educational Measures

An increasing attention has been put on leisure as a way of people's life.However,in the field of leisure studies,there still exists different understanding of leisure.The paper first analyzes the distinction among the three concepts: leisure,leisure time and recreational activities,then the paper analyzes the characteristics of leisure activities of college students: the ample leisure time,structural defects in leisure ability,co-existence of leisure activities excess and deprivation at the same time.However,at a lower grade level,leisure activities and learning activities are difficult to distinguish.In the end the paper makes some suggestions on the level of leisure activities to enhance students grades.
