About the Logical Vicious Recycle between Poverty and Environmental Deterioration

The environmental effects of over-consumption has caused much academic attention, while the environmental effects caused by poverty were ignored. To a certain extent, poverty is an other kind of indirect pollution. In the vicious recycle between poverty and environmental deterioration, poverty is the fundemental reasons of environmental deterioration, less-consumption was caused by poverty, environmental deterioration is the result. This paper analyzes current environmental situation and the reasons of less developed areas, discusses how to manage the vicious recycle between poverty and environmental deterioration.
