Abstract

A strain,JD1,a predominant bacterium, was isolated from Yangtse River. The preliminary identifications suggested that the strain belongs to Acinetobacter junii. The strain could resist to dimethoate up to 600?mg/L.The optimal conditions for degradation of dimethoate was pH 7.2 and temperature 32℃,and JD1 can degrade dimethoate under the condition of pH 5.5—9.0 and temperature 30—37℃.The changes of the liquid quantity and the quantum of inoculation could obviously impact the degradation rate.Changing the liquid quantity from 3/10 to 1/5,the degradation rate for dimethoate of 100?mg/L changed from 21% to 51.54%.The experiments also proved that the strain JD1 could resist to phenol up to 2?400?mg/L.
