Analysis on Identity and the Civilization of Peasant-workers

Peasant-workers work and do business in the cities and make a great contribution to the construction and development of the cities.However,due to the existence of urban-rural dual social structure,the identity gap between peasant-workers and urban residents is enlarging,it shows that peasant-workers do not enjoy some benefits and rights,such as inhabitancy,health care,employment,social security and their children's education,which are enjoyed by urban residents,the author argues that urbanization is the key to regulate identity gap between the peasant-workers and urban residents.
