Abstract
By analyzing the earthquake data of China mainland and periphery,it is considered that the peripherial strong earthquake activity must lead to the mainland strong earthquake,that is the integration and hysteresis between the mainland strong earthquake and perihyery strong earthquake;The correlative relation between the strong earthquake (Ms≥7.0) in Taiwan and North-east area is well;the earthquake activity(Ms≥8.0) in Japan show that the activity of Pacific Ocean Plate is getting stronger,concequently,the seismicity will be getting more actively in North-east area.
