Abstract

Objective:Aim of this study is to analyze the effect of anesthesia and changes of hemodynamic in children lower abdominal operation under laryngeal mask and tracheal intubation.Methods:82 cases of children who under elective abdominal operation were selected to divide 2 groups for studying and exploring anesthesia and treatment and reasonable. Results:the laryngeal mask group extubation time, awake time were shorter in endotracheal intubation group, the complication rate was obviously lower than that in endotracheal intubation group;T2,T3 and T5 two groups MAP,HR indicators are statistically significant. Conclusion:laryngeal mask anesthesia is effective to make less complications and effects on hemodynamics and many other advantages that is a safe and reliable operation of the anesthesia for infants and young children.
