Abstract

For the further research and utilize the resources of Ganoderma Applanatum, the strains were got through spores separation and polysaccharides were extracted from mycelia through microwave extraction after liquid culture. The polysaccharide was used to investigate the bacteriostatic activity and their antioxidant effect w in terms of reducing power activity, hydroxyl and superoxide anion free radical scavenging activity. polysaccharide antibacterial and tree tongue oxidation stability. The results showed that the extract had antibacterial properties, especially to bacillus subtilis, and the polysaccharides had some superoxide anion and hydroxyl free radical scavenging activity and reducing power activity in a concentration-dependent fashion. And in a certain concentration range, its antioxidant ability and the polysaccharide is in a concentration-dependent fashion.
