Exploration and Practice on Project Management Applied in Lab Construction

Taking the existing problems of lab construction as the departing point,the author has proposed the concept of project management in lab construction,and discussed the necessity for playing the role of lab in developing practical talents. The paper illustrates the technical methods for implementing the management from three aspects,overall planning,management program,and some attentions.
