Abstract

The content of Fe,Cu and Mn in Xinyangmaojian(non-fermented tea),Fujiantieguanyin(semi-fermented tea) and Yunnanpu'er(fermented tea) and their tea waters was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry to know the content variation of Fe,Cu and Mn in different producing area. The results showed that the trace element content in three teas and their tea waters was MnFeCu,there was certain difference in the same element among three teas and their tea waters, the element digestion was not related to total element content, and the recovery rate of Cu,Fe and Mn was 97.0%~105.5%,81.9%~97.0% and 83.0%~93.0% respectively.
