The Institutional Environment and System Innovation for Indigenous Innovation in Enterprises

In order to build an indigenous innovation system in which enterprises play a leading role,internal and external methods should be taken.From the external point of view,the two main factors that hinder the enhancement of innovation capability are mental obstacles and poor institutions.Therefore,the idea and institution need to be changed.From the internal perspective,the key point is system innovation which is the enabler of sustainable innovation.At present,how to build a modern enterprise system should be considered for the system innovation.
