The clinical effect of dyclonine in gastrointestinal tumors patients with indwelling stomach tube

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of dyclonine in gastrointestinal tumors patients with indwelling stomach tube. Methods 112 cases gastrointestinal cancer patients were randomly divided into test group and control group,each of 56 cases. The control group adopted conventional indwelling stomach tube method. The test group was gived dyclonine before intubation. Results The incidence of cough,nausea,vomiting of control group was higher than that of test group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). The disposable catheter success rate of control group was lower than that of test group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). The blood pressure,heart rate,oxygen saturation of control group before and after catheter has difference significant( P 0. 05). The blood pressure,heart rate,oxygen saturation of test group before and after catheter has no difference significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion Application of the Dyclonine mortar indwelling gastric tube,can increase the success rate of catheterization,to alleviate the suffering of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,is a safe,effective method of gastric tube indwelling.
