Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of pulmonary tuberculosis controlling work in GZ from 1993 to 2001.method: collect such materials as monthly or yearly reporting form and three kind of register book., analyze the patient with newly-break-out PH pulmonary tuberculosis, adopting the method of queue-analyzing. Result The discovery rate of active pulmonary tuberculosis and PH pulmonary tuberculosis rise from 29.61/ 8.84 per hundred thousand to 63.91/29.4 per hundred thousand respectively .The positive-test rate of pulmonary tuberculosis rise from 26.7% to 39.9%.The cure rate of newly-break-out pulmonary tuberculosis rate also rise form 72.5% to 97.3%. and its lost rate come down from 5.3% to 0.5%.Conclusion it's a guarantee to adopt DOTS policy to control the pulmonary tuberculosis epidemic.
