Abstract
The single batch-feeding fermentation was adopted. The biomass growth,product synthesis,effects of byproducts were studied during the course of fermentation. The results showed it could improve the HA yield through improving the environmental condition during the course of fermentation. Comparing with batch fermentation,HA yield could be increased 3.5%. HA fermentation can improve the production intensity,shorten fermentation period,decrease the cost by single batch feeding fermentation.
