Abstract
Crew scheduling was one of important problems in railway transportation.Organizing an excellent crew roster could organize crew reasonable,and it could avoid the waste of cost in railway management.Method of crew scheduling decided the quality of crew roster.At present,it made domestic railway crew roster mainly by hand.This method had low efficiency in crew scheduling and the quality of crew roster making by this method was not optimal.This paper began with the reletivity between crew scheduling and ant colony arithmetic and built a model for domestic railway crew scheduling problem.At last,we make a railway crew roster based on part of Beijing-Guangzhou railway time table by computer.
