Abstract

IEC 61850 is one of key technologies of the new substation automation system.This paper introduces the syntactic structure of Substation Configuration Language(SCL) in IEC 61850-6.Base on the above,a method to design and imple-ment configuration tool for SCL document is presented.Using the configuration tool,the configuration and browse of SCL document can be conveniently realized.The data access between XML files and database is expatiated,and the internal work theory of configuration tool is expounded.
