Abstract

Political party is a popular political phenomenon in modern times. Party system is the leading expressive form. We're carrying out the system of multi-party cooperation and consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party. It is a socialism party system with Chinese feature. At present, we haven't a special party law yet, so under the background of managing state affairs in conformity with legal provision, it is necessary and impossible to make a party law in China.
