Value of the Song-Confucians' ideal realm

Abstract

The core of the realm is to establish the value of life. It is not only to pursue the objective and subjective world but also is embodied by a certain ideal personality. The realm of the Song-Confucians, emerged from value orientation between heaven and man, individual and group, principle and desire, expressed their spiritual world and ideal physical world. So the ideal realm which they pursued was the realm of the Sages.
