Abstract

Developing and executing the psychological health education in physical education is an important item on the contents in physical educat ion teaching of the 21st century as well as an urgent task in physical education of educational research. Be aim at the severe growth of the psychological health's problems among the teen- agers students and current situations and developments in physical education. This thesis, in the way of theory research, offers a basic frame of developing and executing the psychological health education in physical education and expounds the idea in physical education Health the First from realistic significance, connotations, goals, contents, ways and means in a systematic outlining and sum up, and it provides its valuable references for promoting practical use and development of psychological health's theory in physical education.
