Abstract
As one of the detection of tumor marker for prostate cancer, prostate specific antigen(PSA) has been paid more and more attention at home. This article briefly introduces the biological characteristics and the basic principle and the method characteristics of test methods of PSA including enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),radioimmunoassay(RIA),chemical luminescence immunoassay(LICA) and Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay(ECLIA),and the significance of PSA in the diagnosis of prostate cancer is also reviewed.PSA is the most useful immunocytochemical marker, whose specificity and sensitivity to confirm whether a certain tissue is from prostate are as high as 100%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
