Abstract
The difference between scientific socialism and conceit socialism is that the former exposes the law of historical development, instead of the description of future society. Scientific socialism is the theory which is developing. It is a method and a starting point for further studying rather than doctrine. The vitality of Marxism lies in its combination with social practice. The reality should not be judged by certain theory from Marxism. At present in socialist practice, the questions of the stages of socialist development, marketing economy, building of the party in power and democratic politics, view on present capitalism are that how to apply the important theory into practice.
