232 Cases of Umbilical Cord Abnormality on lnfluence of Prenatal Fetal

Objective: Toexplore the causes and influence of umbilical cord abnormality on prenatal fetal .Methods:232 cases of umbilical cord abnormality in736 cases in 2001 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The incidence of umbilical cord abnormality was 31.1%.Of them,umbilical cord winding was 77.29%.Umbilical cord volvulate was 12.5%.3.88% of the umbilical cords wer too long and 3.02%of the umbilical cords were too short.Umbilical cord edema was 1.72%.Both umbilical cord presentation and prolapsed were 0.86%.Veliform umbilical cord was0.43%.Fetal with umbilical cord abnormality tahd higher incidences of intrauterine distress,newborn asphyxia,dead-birth,stillbirth and mortality of newborn than those with umbiluical cord normality.Variation of Jumping basic line had high coincidence with variation deceleration in monitoring fetal heart,91.4%and94.2%reapectivesy.Conclusions:Umbilical cord abnormality hurts badly prenatal fetal.Monitoring in ante partum and giving birth is very important.
