Abstract
Knowledge management of enterprises requires many individual' s knowledge be organically melted into enterprise knowledge. The problem than how to establish an efficient mechanism to standardize knowledge sharing has become the hinge of knowledge management. Through the research of the traits of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, the paper advances sharing mechanism of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge and expounds assuring mechanism of knowledge sharing.
