Effects of Different Fertilization Levels on Yield and Quality of Hybrid Rice Weitian 9

[Objective] The study aimed to confirm the best fertilization ratio of the nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and zinc for the hybrid rice variety Weitian 9.[Method] With the hybrid rice variety Weitian 9 as the tested material,the L9(34) orthogonal design was used to studied the effects of different fertilization levels on the yield and quality of Weitian 9.[Result]The nitrogen fertilizer was the greatest controlling factor for the influence on the yield and rice quality of Weitian 9.The best fertilizer combination was N2P3K3Zn3,namely,the dosages of the nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and zinc fertilizers were 195,150,150,15 kg/hm2,which could get the high yield of above 9 750 kg/hm2.[Conclusion] The principle for getting the high yield and good quality of Weitian 9 was the application of nitrogen fertilizer with the right amount,the increased fertilization of the phosphorus and potassium and the supplement application of trace zinc fertilizer.
