Abstract

This article introduces the application of PLC in coal preparation control system.The cntralized control system uses 90-70 series PLC made by CE Comp.,the main control console adopts PAC System RX7i controllers,PC configuration software uses ifix3.5 which has a good system compatibility and human-computer interface.Practice proved that using PLC can raise the level of automation,reduce the staff work strength and ensure the safe and reliable operation of coal preparation,and achieve good economic and social benefits.
