Abstract

The labour value theory of Marxism and utility value theory of western economics are two kinds of different value theories,the two theory are different as well as connective,and They are rational but limitative.The scientific research approach is to absorb the beneficial achievements of the labour value theory and utility value theory and to rebuild the commodity value theory.
