Abstract

The inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),mainly consisting of Crohn's disease(CD) and ulcerative colitis(UC),is characterized by persistent intestinal inflammation.Although the exact pathogenesis of IBD is unknown,it is generally accepted that the uncontrolled immune response leads to intestinal inflammation with the effect of environmental factor in genetically predisposed individuals.
