The establishment of a judicial writ system has been the consistent stand of the judicial circle.The judicial writ applies not only to criminal procedure but also to other fields.The operation of the judicial writ shows that the essence of the judicial writ is the rationality of actions.In fact,the judicial writ does not function well enough,and executives often do everything possible to avoid applying the judicial writ.Therefore,in designing China's judicial writ system,we should use previous experience for reference and have definite purposes.
