Abstract

The resolution of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Party states that aiming at building a harmonious society,the Communist Party of China has made hard exploration.it is worthy of our great attention that around the 8th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party learned from the mistakes of Stalin in his old age and the faults in the former Soviet socialist construction.and made efforts to unify the whole party and nation and to pursue the harmony of social politics ideology,the party and the country's political life.
