Abstract
The price difference in marketing is a regular strategy in business,but international anti-dumping laws define all “lower price selling” as “dumping” without distinction.Anti-dumping laws have clear protectionist tendencies in the regulations for the price of substitute nations,the structural prices,the accumulating evaluation,the judgment for the cause-effect relation between dumping and damage,the measurement of dumping extent.The institutional expenses will do harm to the whole interest of the anti-dumping na- tions.
