On the Mode of Civil Trial of Fusion of Deliberation and Mediatiou

At present the judicial reform centering on general has been proceeding in our society.As part of the polynary dispute settlement system,mediation has been actively encouraged.The issues of reform and improvement of the outside the litigation system and during the litigation system are being hotly discussed,the system in civil cases being focused on in particular.For the purposes of ensuring the openness and proper procedures,and the meaning of civil procedure law in civil cases,the study proves that mediation and trail as one should adopt the adjudication method of mediation after disputes having been sorted out,and if fails,a judgment shall be pronounced promptly.
