Legislative Conception of the Co-ownership Part of Condominium

In the present endeavor the author examines the necessityof the co-ownership right of condominium should be provided,then comments the provisions of the co-ownership right of condominium.In the last part of the thesis,the author puts forward the law statue of condominium 's co-ownership right in the future's legislation in our country.
