Abstract
Objective To grade and value clinical significance of atrial ventricular valve with two dimensinal echocardiography(2-DE)and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI). Methods We examinated 880 patients with heart murmur, viewed shape、size and movement of mitral valve and tricuspid valve, and hemodynamic variation. Results Mitral valve and tricuspid valve prolapse were classed three grades.Grade one was light prolapse,it must not take treatment;grade two was medium prolapse,it was considered operation; grade three was serious prolapse,it must be performed valve transplant operation. Conclusion We can exactly judge atrial ventriculas valve prolapse with 2-DE and CDFI,and provid reliable information. [
